Designed for effortless installation, SONEX Flow Panels are directly applied to walls and ceilings using pinta acoustic’s acouSTIC™ adhesive. The glue-up method ensures a strong and lasting bond, with an immediate adhesive tack for seamless application. Panels can also be cut to fit on site, providing flexibility for custom installations.
Each SONEX Flow Panel measures 24 by 48 inches (610 by 1,219 mm) with a standard thickness of 1 7/8” (48 mm). Made from open-cell melamine foam, the panels have a density of 0.5 to 0.7 lbs./cubic ft. (0.23 to 0.32 kg per m³), ensuring lightweight yet durable performance. They meet Class A flame resistance per ASTM E 84, CAN ULC-S102 and UL 181 Section 11 standards, making them safe for various environments. SONEX Flow Panels are available in natural white and grey, as well as standard, premium and custom water-based acoustic coatings for enhanced durability and aesthetic versatility.
