Payment Terms

All purchases require payment in advance prior to shipment.  Upon credit approval from SONEX-Online’s credit manager, an account with net 30-day terms could be granted, and must have a credit card on file.  If an open account is not approved, payment options include cash in advance, credit card or wire transfer. Prices are given in United States dollars and payments must be received in United States dollars.

Returns

Returns made without authorization will be refused. All authorized returns are subject to a 30% percent restocking fee. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Price List Terms

All prices for products are subject to change without notice. No adjustments can be made as a result of the change. All orders are subject to acceptance by SONEX-Online standard terms and conditions shall govern despite additional or conflicting terms and conditions included in the customer’s purchase order or other documents.

Freight & SONEX transport policy

Prices given do not include any freight charges.  Freight charges are itemized separately.  Once received, check your shipment for any signs of damages or shortages.  

Please inspect the package with the delivery driver!  Make sure that the delivery driver does not leave.  If the material is damaged:

– Contact SONEX-Online at 800-662-0032 and we will determine the next steps.

– A precise description of the damage and shortages need to be written on the shipping document.

– Provide pictures to SONEX-Online if possible.

Concealed loss or damages*:

As soon as possible, unpack and inspect your shipment.

– If there is any concealed damage or loss please report this to SONEX-Online as soon as possible.

– Provide pictures to SONEX-Online if possible.

*After 4 days of delivery date SONEX-Online will not be held responsible for any unreported damages or shortages. After this time period SONEX-Online will no longer be able to file any freight claims with the delivery companies.
